The five stars I've gave for this review totally come from nicole who I found out. This is her fifth day. I have no patience for anybody with an attitude the young lady with the glasses working here I had a splitting headache when I came in here I tried to speak and she said, excuse me and gave me one heck of a look that was not even friendly. Good luck with that attitude, young lady regardless I'm sure the meal is going to be delicious. I will mark my time when I add this review later after eating the meal. Nicole took the time to just realize I'm trying to cut carbs. She suggested the fajita meal, and I added all the varieties of meat again thank you for such a pleasant experience and I would stop here again. Young lady our country is dying. They say don't be part of it. Spread joy, laughter, and happiness, especially working for the public. And with your fellow workers, believe me that's not gonna fly. What would Paul Harvy say?
My wife and I came two times to this restaurant and both times Diana was our server. She is very friendly and efficient, as long as she keeps working there the restaurant has a good chance in staying in business. My wife and I had the Dallas burger, it’s a huge patty, good and reasonably priced. They have a great hamburger selection and it beats most hamburger prices in the area. We heard the street tacos are good, but we have not tried many things on the menu.
Food was spectacular, service was fantastic and the waitress/bartender was as sweet as could be. I am already recommending to my fellow drivers. I hope everyone has an experience like mine!
This place is a hidden gem. Truly amazing breakfast. The service was really great as well. My drink never went empty.
As truck drivers and looking for a good place to eat! I found this restaurant in a truck stop. I give 5 stars in my 4 P evaluation.,,, p as-parking lot 5 stars. There is enough parking space to 18 wheeler. Enough “ ..P as place, clean , good environment, nice n big. P as product, the food was fantastic, the flavor or my order take me home in my mind. If you can hold spicy, order the hot red “chile de arbol” sauce. Is delicious for experience spicy palate. And last P-personal. Make me feel at home. Food was on time and there are gentle. Ask for Viko the manager. Definitely I look for come again to “Vicko Restaurant.
I was in on Wednesday May 8 when the restaurant had a belligerent customer come in to eat. The guy has left a Google review but fails to mention he came in drunk (oh and he is a truck driver of a big truck, driving drunk). The owner and his daughter handle the situation very well. They asked the man to leave which upset him. He wanted not only his meal free (which the owner offered), he wanted his alcohol free. The food and service is always spectacular. I love it all. The STEAK is fabulous!!!
Looks like a place a lot of people will skip but the food, at least the tacos and burgers, are above average. It seems like most people either don't season a hamburger or don't know how to sear one but this place is making a solid burger. I still have sticker shock for a $13 burger though. At some point you are not that much better than McDonald's or what I can do at home. The tacos are quite good and a decent price. Definitely worth a stop.
